All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be shipped back to our Online Returns & Exchanges Department.
Boo Boo Ball accepts returns of unused merchandise in its original condition, with all tags attached and your proof of purchase.
The Boo Boo Ball Couture Kit inside your plushie must be in new condition inside the gift box. Missing bandages, stickers or freezer packs will not be accepted as a return.
Any packages postmarked after 14 days will incur a 15% restocking fee. Packages received after 21 days will NOT be processed. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Returns must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending merchandise back. Items must be returned in appropriate packaging using a trackable or insured ship method as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit. Once your return arrives at Boo Boo Ball USA, you will be refunded for your purchase in the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5 days after we receive the return merchandise; you will be notified via email (the address listed on your account) once this transaction has taken place.
At this time, all online returns or exchanges will be processed through our website.

For an exchange, we recommend that you return your item + place a new order on boobooballusa.com to ensure item availability. Please be aware that when exchanging an item(s), you will be responsible for any new and/or additional shipping charges.

Did you receive the wrong item? If so, we are very sorry for the inconvenience! Please notify us by phone or email and if the correct item is in stock, we will ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. We will also issue you a prepaid return address label for your return. If the item is no longer available, we will credit your original form of payment.
